I welcome the general public especially prospective students to Hephzibah International College of Health Technology (HICOHTECH), a government approved training institution for primary health care professionals allied personnel.

This College will run fully accredited courses as guided by recognized health regulatory agencies. HICOHTECH will by the grace of God train students who are academically sound and will also build future generations of leaders of good characyer and unquestionable integrity.

Mr. Olaniyi is an environmental health professional, trained and duly registered to practice.

He obtained WAHEB Diploma for Health Superintendents at School of Health Technology, Ilesa, later proceeded to University of Nigeria, Nsukka for his Bachelor degree in Health Education. He studied Environmental Management at Masters level at University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria (UNAD) now Ekiti State University

He served the Governments of Oyo and Osun States for thirty-five years with unblemished records before retiring as a Director of Envrionmental Health in the Local Government service.

He worked in various Health Institutions and Local Government Health Departments starting as Middle-Level manpower and finishing as Top Management/Directorate staff.

To be the leading Training Instituion, in Nigeria and beyond, with modern equipment and qualified healthcare professionals that are full of innovative approaches to education and research excellence.

To producce vibrant primary health care manpower with satisfactory skills required for well organised service delivery professionally and humanly.

Successful graduands of HICOHTECH will be employable in various Government and approved health care institutions e.g. Hospitals Health Clinics, Health Offices, Federal and State Health colleges etc.

They can also be employed to work with Non Governmental Organizations providing health care and related services to the public

In pursuit of the staff development policy of the Health Tech, a number of staff have been sponsored for training programmes, seminars, workshops and conferences while quite a number have equally been assisted to pursue programmes leading to acquisition of higher qualification. This is in realization of the fact that being a young tertiary institution with relatively young staff, there is the need to develop the personnel to be able to meet its developmental needs.

HICOHTECH is approved by the State Government to commence trainings of Health Assistant, Health Technicians and other personnel in basic Health courses.

The primary mission of the library is to support the educational and research programmes of the Institution by providing physical and intellectual access to information. In accordance with the objectives of the Insitution, the library aims to develop a comprehensive collection of documents, useful for the readers.

The Insitution also has a considerable international presence, as has been said earlier. It encourages and funds the participation of its faculty in international conferences and seminars, and organises several international conferences too.
